| THE
PATH TO SAVINGS |
| Electrical Control
Services recognizes that next to money, time is the most precious
commodity. |
| That's why we
have designed a client/vendor methodology that respects your time
and keeps you completely involved in each stage of the project. |
| Step
1: Initial contact - you most likely have some questions
for us, and we have some questions for you, before we perform our
free energy audit. This initial step can be either a conference call
or a face to face meeting. Either way, it shouldn't take more than
15 minutes. |
| Step
2: The
free energy audit: After our initial contact we perform a free, no
obligation, in-depth energy audit. What we need from your company
is: |
- Your last
12 months electric bills
- A trusted
employee to escort us through your facility and is familiar with
your equipment.
|
| Step
3: Audit results: Within a few days of the free audit we
will produce a report for you that outlines our findings and establishes
the preliminary guarantee, ROI, and payback period. This is the minimum
guarantee and usually increases following step 4. We do ask for a
brief meeting to present the report, as it contains predicted savings
and return on investment and is the bridge to step 4. |
| Step
4: Engineering and Design: Following our report and meeting
we will ask you to purchase an Engineering and Design package. This
package is created by EASI's team of electrical engineers and results
in a definitive report comprised of final guaranteed KwH savings,
project cost, load composition, billing analysis and much more. |
|
Step
5: We will do a formal presentation of our engineer's
report to the decision makers in your organization. Installation
will begin about three weeks after project acceptance.
